What couse can the society take. Can the society disconnect the pipes. Any process required to be followed before that ?
The same member has also covered up the open terrace space in his flat without society permission. what can be the society'slegal stand.

1. What type of society is it, i.e., Cooperative Housing, Cooperative group housing, Builders floors society, state development authority society or a RWA?
2. The Society rules and act governing the society differs, if it is unregistered.
3. Un-authorized connections and covering area can be removed.
4. How you are concerned with the query?
5. Consult a local lawyer.
