My mother in law is been going on putting civil cases against my husband . We already have a civil case going on for one of the property . When I checked into district e site it's showing me other case for which I never received any papers or summons .
Earlier for this it used to show case dismissed but now the the case status is case disposed uncontested others
What does this mean . Is an order passed in her favor . What step should I take now .
Please I am really stressed some help will be really appreciated

Do not Panic.Consult Local Good Advocate and Seek the Possiblities of Setting Aside the Ex Parte Orders with Strong Reasons and Contest the Case.The Reason that Summons Not Served would be Very Valid Reason Other wise Only The Appeal would be the Remedy.What Ever it is you have to Act Fast ,Consult Local Good Advocate.

If the case was filed and disposed of on the very same day i.e., 07th February 2015, the case was not admitted.
