I am residing In a colony at Jaipur.land of the colony is aquired by govt. And high court given The stay order for construction with out the regularization by authorities.my front side neighbour is doing the third floor construction.i filled the complaint to the govt.authorities what else legal action can I take

If you are very serious about this Issue You Could Obtain a Stay in High Court.Consult your Local Good Advocate.You could also have Govt Authorities as Party in the Case basing on the Complaints Filed by You.
