Produce your experience certificate from Company A. Tell them that you don't have the certificate from Company B.

That's all. After all, since you do not have the certificate from Company B, and they won't give it to you now, you will not be able to produce it. That is the reality.

Did B decline to issue and supply 'Service certificate'? if yes :Why?

Service Certificate is to be issued to all employees.

It is different from privately coined term 'Relieving letter'.

It should have been issued and supplied to you by B, on LWD or with FnF by usual pay day.

Appointment letter, salary slip of each month (that have to be supplied by employer to each employee duly signed by employer and employee),PF a/c slips of each year (that have to be supplied by employer to each employee), ESIC Card, I.Card, Form 16 (that have to be supplied by employer to each employee), FnF statement and settlement, copy of resignation/acknowledgment/POD/acceptance can very well suffice as 'Experience Certificate'.

Payment of Wages Act: 13A: The record of salary slips is to be maintained for 3 years.

TDS Certificate/Form16: Companies maintain record for 3-5 years.

{( Name of the state)Shops and Establishments Rules}; provides for prescribed registers related to employment records, that each employer has to maintain and submit to the authorities........................e.g. 'Form N'in Tamilnadu Shops and Establishments Rules.

You can submit to obtain copies from o/o Inspector or pursue RTI.

You may apply your own skills to pursue to get the certificate or seek help of your counsels/unions/lawyer...................authorities.
