Dear Experts.,
My wife has filed MC against me.,i went last hearing and given sum amount.,next hearing i didnt went.,my advocate has representated.,but concern Megisterate has issued Warrant.,there is specific time no to issued Warrant.,
My advocate said we may take recall for that.,what is the meaning of recall.,at the same time Petitioner didnt pay beta till now to get Warrant to me.,if they didnt pay beta.,i wont get Warant no?plz clarify it.,

Generally if U R absent for one hearing but duly represented by lawyer,warrants are not issued.Something is missing,may be UR lawyer was also absent.Whether they pay beta or not get the warrant recalled,instead of inviting more trouble.Don't get it converted to NBW.
