Transfer policy

I am asking this query on behalf of my father ,he is an government employee working as a senior accountant in Allahabad university.and his family lives in Bhopal the major drawback with him is ,he is having a child who is not fit mentally so he is facing problem while travelling from Allahabad to Bhopal every month .is there are any policy through which he can take transfer from Allahabad university to hari Singh gour university sagar ?

No policy for inter-university transfers. Any organisation can transfer an employee within its own jurisdiction. Your father may better try to seek a suitable job in Hari Singh Gaur University Sagar or Bhopal University.

What is possible is not transfer, but deputation. But it depends upon the goodwill of the both the universities or some influential person.

Deputation means what sir ? And my father is 53 year old ,is he eligible to get Job In different central university ?

Inter university transfer is not possible, either shift the family to Allahabad or try some job in Bhopal (not re-commanded).
