My Brother's wife not behaving properly with my brother,that's why my brother give his property by Bakshishpatra to me...
Without any concern of wife.
So brother's wife taking any objection on my property..

Your brother has the complete discretion to deal with his property.

If your brother is sole owner of this property, he can transfer this to anyone he chooses.
The wife has no right of share in the property of her husband.

Your brother has right to sell / gift / mortgage / will his self acquired property as per his wish, his wife can not object.
