Hi, Myself Shanmukham, I've selected for Andra bank as po. My query is, ' Few years back false IPC 307 case filed against me and court gave clean chit in that case and made me free. And I didn't mentioned about same during filling application form, will there be any trouble during joining and police verification. Please guide me... I'm totally depressed even after clearing exam succesfully. Please do help... Thank you, Shanmukham.

does not matter what you stated in application form. you have to state truth in attestation form.

even if you hide truth the police will mention the same (even if you bribe them still they will not hide fact)

but that doe snot justify hiding the facts.

You have not stated whether you acquitted on merti or on technical grounds.

Police verification takes place on the basis of the information furnished in the Attestation Form furnished after selection is completed. It is important to furnish true information as sought in the said form.

No, attestation form is not submitted yet. Which is the best option, whether to mention or not to mention about the case in attestation form..?. Please guide me, because it depends on my future career.
