Widow mother's share in ancestral property

hello sir,
we have 4.5 acres of agriculture land and one bore well and house site and a house in that house site, how much share my mother will get? i have one brother also and no sisters.
currently the land and house is pending status due to property allegations between my mother and brother as he is not agree to give any share to my mother,me and my brother both are software engineers and my mother is currently staying with me and i am bearing all her monthly expenses including medical expenses as she is a sugar patient.
can my mother get maintenance changes from my brother also with help of court?

It is not clear how the property is ancestral?
If it is as per you, then explain the chain/ family tree.
Clarify it is paternal/ maternal.
The parent (s) can claim maintenance from all children.

In whose name the property is, who purchased it?
How many brothers and sisters are there of your father and whether your father alive?
how many sisters do you have?
Your mother can ask for maintenance from your brother.

ans:property is ancestral from fore fathers
my grand father got that property from his father,my grandfather having two sons and two daughters,my father expired in 2003, after that in 2008 we separated from my grandfather and from my father brother, at that time of separation my grandfather given 4.5 acres given to us as his 1st son's share,after that we transferred 3.5 acres on my name and 1 acre on my mothers name among the 4.5 acres of the property.for my mother we two only sons and no daughters.

Your grandfather has already given your father' share (1st son) as per your post.
Your father's share shall devolve upon his wife (your mother) and children.

How is that the father's property was transferred to you and your mother and no share to your brother? Was it during the life-time of your father and that too, through a registered deed executed by him?

This query as well as other queries raised by you during this week suggests that you are having running battle with your brother and you are taking undue advantage of this forum by posting different queries with selected, and apparently distorted, facts.
