Criminal Rivision

(Querist) 12 January 2010 This query is : Resolved 
Ld. Magistrate dismissed the S.125 CrPC application on the ground that the petitioner failed to prove marriage.
The petitioner filed Criminal Rivision in High Court (Cal).
Honble High Court issued Rule calling upon the State and O.P no.1 and to show cause "why the order should not be set aside".
Please tell me how to file an opposition. That is in this case whether AFFIDAVIT or OPPOSITION is to be filed?
What should be the Heading?
"AFFIDAVIT SHOWING CAUSE BY THE OP NO.1"
OR
"OPPOSITION SHOWING CAUSE BY THE OP NO.1"

It should be named as Counter affidavit of OP no. 1.

In Calcutta High Court no affidavit in opposition is required in Criminal Revision. Mere verbal submission will do. Send details for further help.

Court issued Rule calling for the record and directed to the OP's to show cause why the impugned order of the Magistrate should not be set aside.
I am for the OP.
Not much conversant with the CRR proceeding.
What is the next step to be taken?
Whether Affidavit in opposition to be filed showing cause?
Or Verbal Show cause???????
Can u please give little detaisl about procedure?
