Sir/Madam,
Recently i come to know that my brother sold property by showing settlement decree and order by Llokadalat of the year 2008.infavor of him ,as we are never attend any lokadalat and all signature in llokadalat did by other which we dont know may be my brother ccopy signature and hide some fact matter like Registered WILL And Sell deed registry on same property infront of magistrate of the lokadalat.
When raise voice about this my brother rreply me that,this is llokadalat judgement in 2008 and it cant be cchallenge upto ssupreme court.
So,i request to expert please help me with your valuable legal advise.

You may file a application u/s 340 Cr.P.C. in said Lokadalat.

If what you have posted is true then it is fraud with court.
Your brother is deep in trouble.
Show everything to your able lawyer and proceed further.
