Issue of confirmation order

I had joined as a Group B officer at Karnataka circle of BSNL on 2009. On transfer I joined Tamil nadu circle and still working in TN circle from 2012 onwards. But in the confirmation order of my batch of officers issued by Karnataka circle my name was missing and on enquiry they told that my order will be issued by TN circle. But TN circle has taken the stand that they will issue the order with date as 2014 only as I have joined in TN circle in 2012. I feel betrayed and feels it's my right to get my confirmation order dated 2011. Can I proceed with the case?

Exhaust the internal remedies first.

Let the authority in Karnataka and Tamilnadu circle write to you first.

Take up the matter with both the circles in writing.

You can use RTI to get the information, fate of your letters.
