Employer is not done fnf settlement

I was employed in one company in New Delhi From 15-Jan-2016 to 17-May-2016 he give me offer letter on mail but not provide the joining letter in this period then finally I am resigned the company on 17 may 2016 till my resignation everything is fine. after 3 days the management is send me mail your all work is wrong so please pay 2 lac penalty to company if you fail to pay money we will suit the case against you But my all work is right the management is check my work day by day after then management say my work is wrong I am to much take tension What Can I do please show me path.

What is your designation and nature of duties in offer/appointment letter and on record/ in practice? Did you have any power to sanction (not just recommend) leave/increment/appoint/terminate? Could anyone cancel/amend your recommendations?
You were in which state ( Noted; Delhi) ?
What is this establishment; Commercial/Industrial (e.g. Real Estate, IT company) ?
Does it have Certified/Model standing orders and does it apply to your designation?
Are you a member of employees/trade unions?
What was your last drawn salary?
You were under probation/confirmed?
What did you tender Notice of resignation/resignation with immediate effect/
Do you have copy and acknowledgment of notice/resignation?
Do you have salary slips of all months, last month,PF a/c slip of each year, Form16 etc?
What was the max. number of employees this company had any point of time?
You may reply that your work was checked on daily basis and nothing wrong was ever pointed out to you!

The company cannot take law in their hands. You may serve Notice on them, through a Lawyer to settle the salary and other accounts.

Whether your resignation letter accepted and you were duly relieved of your duties?
Has the management mentioned what acts / work was wrong?
Have you been paid any salary during your services?
