How to get seperation with my wife

Dear Sir,
I got married on last April 21st 2015. It was a arranange marriage. We also have a cute baby of 5months,
After marriage she always try to keep me away from my parrents.Always have fight with me or with my parrents.
She never treet me as her husbend. She always used abusive words for me, and my family. Kutta kamina and all.
Her mother always trying to take money form us(me and mY Family).
After 1. 6yr of marriage I came to know that she had a boyfriend in her coleg life during MBA.
Her past dosnt matter for me. Bt When I asked about these relationship with her boyfriend. She started abusing me and asked me to go to hell, that she told me she will live with Her boyfriend.
Due to daily torturing I m getting frusted.Due to these matters I cant concentrate on my career. I also lefted my job.So please sugest me, what should I do? May I go to women cell or family court? That her mother and she always use to threat me that She will send me to jail in dowry act.or implicate me wrongly in any other cases.
I want to go away from her. And live seperate from her. I am not working after my btch due to her..
