My DIL has filed a false IPC 498a, DV case against my family in Pune. As I m govt servant on the verge of retirement, I m worried that this case may have adverse effect on my retirement benefits.
May I request you to suggest a good lawyers in Pune who can save me from damages to my pension, etc?

It is up to you and the police, if you can avoid arrest. If not arrested till your retirement, or not charge sheeted on report even by your DIL, your retirement may not get affected.
But, if arrested and remain in police/ judicial custody, for 48 hours, I don't think any lawyer may be able to save your retirement benefits, as according to statutory conduct, discipline and appeal rules, the disciplinary authority would have to place you compulsorily under deemed suspension.
Please note, Courts do not interfere in the administrative processes of the executive side, unless instances of violation of statutory rules are noticed in any action of the competent authority.
Once a Government employee is suspended, retirement benefits get adversely affected till he is honourably acquited of the charge by the court of law.
