no useful purpose is served by hiding facts and you gain nothing by hiding facts.

If you have alrady filled up the attestation form by writing, "not applicable" was there any specific purpose for asking the present question?
somu (Querist) 04 September 2016

If employee has not served notice period it does not mean that employer shall not issue and supply 'service Certificate'

Relieving letter signifies employee has separated and nothing is due!
Kumar Doab (Expert) 04 September 2016
Did you submit notice of resignation or final resignation?

Do you have its copy and proof of dispatch and delivery?

Or did you abscond?
Kumar Doab (Expert) 04 September 2016
If you absconded then company might have issued notices, legal notice, termination order under Redg. post/and or inserted copies in your personnel file.

In case of termination company has to issue and supply the speaking order and service certificate.

Have you checked with the company?
