Generally properties are declared in public domain on high court site even. You can obtain this information from high court registrar under RTI Act if not available on public domain.

It seems that there is a family dispute. The sister of the author is married with the aforesaid judge and due to their matrimonial dispute, such information is required for subsequent use in the litigation.
