My name is Balwinder singh.I am from Punjab.My parents are expired.Actually my Father's name in sevice department and in bank account is Charn das and in my school documents and in my every identities my father's name is Charn singh.Problems coming in fund transfer.In death certificate my father's name charn singh.Problem is if i change my father's name in death certificate as charn das then i can't proof that he is my father.If i continues with charn singh then i can't proof in bank that he has expired because in bank account the name is my father is Charn das.Please help me and solve my problem....... Thanks

Mr. Balwinder,
I don't think your query pertains to any real problem. Such problems are fabricated just for academic exercises and solutions.
However, if there is even a slightest truth in your story, there are plethora of questions, which you may have to reply regarding who was the creator of problems with your school admission/ certificates, and death particulars of both of your parents, etc., and why you and your parents remained sleeping for years together and failed to anticipate the problems that may arise due to his false name in your educational records, while all of the official and bank record indicate the real name of your father?
So, if yours is an academic problem, take help of your class teacher or else, if you really have a problem, you may hire services of some local lawyer to help you, as you may have to go through a long process to make things work rightly in your favour.
If a real problem, you may also have personal consultation with some of the expert of the LCI, show him the related documents and get appropriate advice for future course of action.

I think this is not a name change rather it should be regarded as typographic error. You should give a public notice in 2 widely circulated newspapers which includes one in English declaring that Charn Das and Charan Singh are the names of one and the single person who has expired on such and such date and that publication should be appended with your application seeking Gazette Notification of the State of Punjab.
Once this is published in gazette notification, all your problems get ended without getting correction in any of the documents.

Get the details of death certificate amended by having both names.
Bank account must be having nomination, now it is mandatory. If so can claim as per nomination details.
Alternately can proceed as suggested by the expert raj kumar makkad.
