Cat case

I had filed a case in the CAT through council. Now, I want appear as party in person, since my lawyer is busy with other court cases. He is not willing to withdraw vakkalath. In this stage, 1.What can I do to appear as party in person?. 2. How to make amendment in relief sought column in my CAT OA?.
Please help me in this regard and send me a model copies for 1. party in person and 2. Amendment in relief, please

You can appear in person if your lawyer is not cooperating orelse terminate his vakalat.

first of all this forum does not supply drafts.

secondly no expert of this forum is so talented as to advise without facts.

thirdly if you want to amend the relief it appears you intend to file a fresh case itself.

formats are not supplied here. It is not wise to fight battles in court in person.
If you are dissatisfied wtih the present Sawyer , you can engage a new one.
