I want an advice regarding to law.
Problem: My name is selvakumar and my father name is jayapal.My father do finance business and wood merchant.Sri annalakshmi finance (Name of the finance institution it is registered properly).Before five years ago(2011),during thana storm season my father concentrated on wood business.
So my father appointed one person(Ayyappan name of the person) for collecting money in finance.Palani is a friend of Ayyappan.Both are cheated my father around 18 lakhs.I will explain it briefly.
My father know the character of Palani .So my father told to Ayyappan,dont give any amount without my permission to Palani.But Ayyappan gave around 70,000 to Palani without my dad permission.Afterthat Palani did not pay penny of amount to my dad.My dad and mother asked so many times(nearly four years),but he told you(my dad & mom) not give money to me.
My mother got tension,so take Palani bike to my home.
I want legal advice from you.
What can I do to get money back?
Please give advice to this problem.

Mr. selvakumar,
You have not been able to make a good story out of your academic question.
So far as legal advice is concerned on your question, "What can I do to get money back," you cannot do anything, as you are not the party to the transactions or the so called cheating. The matter is between your father and Ayyappan.
As you said, "Ayyappan gave around 70,000 to Palani without my dad permission," and that "My mother got tension,so take Palani bike to my home," from that it seems your mother is in tension merely for Rs. 70,000/- with Palani, but not for the major portion of amount of Rs. 17,30,000/-, with Ayyappan, who cheated your fther.
Is not it quite a strange story?
Moreover, you have not stated anywhere, how Ayyappan cheated your father and how he could get such a huge amount of Rs. 18 lakhs from your father's business without the knowledge of your father, whether in lump sum or otherwise and during how much priod?
However, if it is a real story, your father has the need to meet a lawyer in person to discuss the whole issue in detail for further mecessary action by your father.

It was illegal act by your mother to take away bike without proper authority.
She can be arrested.
Try to have amicable settlement.

Has your mother taken Palani's bike with his consent? If so, how she would prove his consent, if Palani lodges a report with the police?
