Kul kayda

my grandparent has purchased land back 46 yrs ago on which kul kayda 43 was mentioned,so how to remove that kul kayda.
land is in maharashtra

Sec 29A of Maharashtra Land Revenue Code 1966 is inserted this year , that may be useful. But I have not read Agriculture tenancy land act need to read it.

Additionally rules under section 29A most probably is not published but today for my other work I will ask for rules , GR notification from concern ministry under RTI , First I will check if they are available any where If I don't get then will file RTI application in evening.
