Res experts,wt happened is I was absent and did not sign on any postal notice still the court has gvn 1hearing against me in total 17 dates have happened I was not present in front of court the case is abt dv2005 and I came to know today that last hearing is on 17/12/16 wt should I do I'm tensed by fear pl help .

About your query, "wt should I do I'm tensed by fear pl help" you could better have asked your own lawyer in the DV case.
