Submitting false and fabricated charge sheet against accused on my f.i.r.

My relative who is an activist was beaten
by Law Breaker of our area because my said relative had exposed them by sending complaints against them of Public Nuisance and Encroachment etc.Due to open involvement of cornered Police officer ,the police did not want to submit Charge Sheet against the said Law Breakers/Criminals but due to repeated correspondences with Police higher ups with relevant evidence the S.H.O.of Area compelled to submit the charge sheet after eight months but The Police meticulously fabricated the charge sheet and without knowledge of complainant and without his signature on Mauka- Naksha (Map of incident)as police made fabricated and false signature of complainant and witnesses on it.The Police also shown the name of persons as witnesses of complainant in charge sheet who are employees of accused which will be certainly hostile on the time of evidence.Also the Police also excluded the one victim who had the grievous injury but Police initially did not send him for medical exam. but when complainant approached to Higher ups then police sent him before Medical jurist after one week but then facial fracture had improved.
How the said complainant can protest and challenge for such fabricated and intentional irregularities of the concerned Police officer for protecting the accused ????

Defend the case on merit.
making false allegation is simple but it is difficult to prove in court.

The complainant should engage a local lawyer expert in the field, show him all the documents and discuss.
