It has been more than one year that order has been passed by national commission to refund my money with interest. But the company is not complying with the orders. In the orders, direction was only to refund the money but no time limit was given.
Please advise.

Issue notice to the company and demand the amount as per order of NCDRC.If notice not complied with then file execution petition u/sec 25 or 27 of the ACT.
