I resigned with a notice period of 1 month which was taken by GM. I did not got any acknowledgement from company of receiving it. after 3 days i had to go home because of some personal issue and after 1 week i wrote a mail to company HR that i wont be able to serve any more.
since then i have wrote once again to them about my clearance but their is no reply from their end.
notice was given on 21st of the month.

Submit leave application for gap of 1 week by post and attach copy with your representations and request to sanction, leave.
Go thru T&C as in appointment letter and attach copy of resignation (narrating that it was handed over on dated to Mr/Ms………) with your representations and request to accept and supply you the acknowledgment and acceptance, salary slip of last month and previous months, correct FnF statement (showing earned wages/bonus/leave encashment/OT etc and adjustment of notice pay as per applicable enactments), Form 16 as per correct FnF statement , service certificate, relieving letter, NOC/NDC etc etc .
Clarify that NO tasks were pending at your end and NO assets are with you (If true).
If there are any exit formalities pending at your end, complete and close the matter.

When one month resignation notice has already been served, any other correspondence has no relevance.
Both you and the management are supposed to abide by the terms of resignation. Better check that and act accordingly or meet the HR in person to revise resignation notice.

However, yYou have not clarified, why you adopted a fake ID of 'LAND OF TWO RIVERS" (Doab) when neither you are land, nor a landlord of the huge land of several districts of Punjab, nor you are a river, nor you have uploaded your photo as land or river? Also, why selected two rivers, Satluj and Beas, when you could drown only in one river?
