About maintenence

Presently I am jobless now. My wife files a execution case against me for collect her due maintenance. On this ground I was getting punishment one month jail. What is my next step for avoiding more punishment for that said case because I have no money to paid maintenence?

for the present there is no escape. try to file another Miscellaneous Petition saying there are changed circumstances. If you could satisfy the court, the court may modify the maintenance order.
