huf property

there are three brothers in a huf family.elder brother is doing govt job,another is doing agricultural work and younger one is doing business in his own name.Elder brother who is in job taking his share from agricultural land. in the last 15 years brothers purchased land in individual name and also in joint name.now elder brother claims share from younger brother land and busines alleging ,property acquired by yonger brother is out of joint property . But younger brother clarified busines was started with borrowed money and out of busness profit, landed property was purchased and as business started long ago i.e 15 years ago ,the loan evidence was not kept by younger brother.
can elder brother succeed in his claim in the individual property of yonger brother.

The Purchase of land by Younger brother to be proved as with his Self /exclussive funds o. The Loan Record if not available , the other connected facts such as borrowing and payment of the amount by Younger brother can be proved by Evidnce of Creditor and Vendor !
