Hi
My mother and my bother has taken home loan from state bank of india . The home loan is sanctioned for construct on plot.
We have a farm at karnataka so we applied for crop loan and for this no dues certificate has to produce .
Bank is not issuing no dues certificate inspire of both properties which I mortgage d is totally different.
Pl.give me correct information that bank can issue no dues certificate or not.

If dues are fully paid, bank must issue.serve legal notice on consultation with lawyer

Yes, if loan is fully paid to the bank which was taken for the construction on the plot, bank has to issue no dues letter.

If the loan has been paid then M/s SBI should not hesitate to issue NOC.
If you have paid loan you must be having last and final loan statement showing NO Dues.

Have you paid loan in full!
Approach Circle head and discuss in person and if required express and escalate requirement to MD/CEO/Chairman’s secretariat.

Why Bank is not issuing NOC?
Whether Housing loan account is regular?
Whether you want to take crop loan from SBI, if so, NOC may not be required as the home loan account position is available with the Bank.
Since SBI is leader in Agricultural loan, there seem the possibility that it is pressurizing to take loan from their Bank, hence avoiding NOC.
