How to claim as legal heir

Dear expert's, my father passed away 2 months back and he left his 2 earned property in Bhubaneswar & in Delhi. Mother is no more and I have only one younger brother who shows reluctant to share the property. Now what steps should I take to make the property in my name. Please clear my few questions also.
1. At present can I enter the house if my younger brother resist.
2. The original papers of houses are in his hand, so how can I contest.
3. Without papers can I apply for stay or claim legal heir.
4. As a son I have only the proof of adhar card, pen card, Nativity certificate from village (got from tehsil office), old voter card,.

Try to work out an amicable settlement; else, file a suit for partition.

Publish an News Paper advt in concerned areas of the property stating your Rights and no one to transact with that properties.seek the help of an Local Good advocate for this

Apply for Legal Heir Certificate.If any one had obtained it with out your name it would be a Criminal Offence and a Police Complaint to be made regarding this.seek the help of Local Good Advocate.

The groups and gangs are visiting profiles of querist and asking for work and money. It is virtually like ringing doorbells knocking on doorbells. Such groups,gangs, gang members, gang leaders are lowliest in the lowly and are lowering the image and repute of LCI and experts.
Mufatkhori ki had hai.
Freemongers have crossed all limits.

Dear Sir, till now I didn't get any offer from any unscrupulous person. My 2nd query is different from earlier. At that time I was not sure about the will.
Since it is clear that there is no will, can I enter both the houses or can I break the lock if needed?

Hi experts, I visited to a local lawyer and he suggested me to suit a partition case in the court.
Please advice me that how can I suit this case as I have no legal heir certificate. Is it mandatory to call my brother to court?
