The purchaser ( my tenant)of a property is denying ,rather cannot identify his signatures on a saledeed dated in 2009. How to prove the execution of the sale deed ?

Seller / Witness on the sale deed may be summoned as witness.

Document can be sent to handwriting expert.

The photo of seller, buyer, witnesses, Sub-Tehsildar might be on the copy of Sale deed.

What do you mean to say, "the purchaser (my tenant) of a property is denying,
rather can not identify his signature on a sale deed in 2009...."??? What is the need for identification of purchaser's signature? Moreover, how you are affected to proved signature of purchaser? What is your locus? Where and why do you want to prove that your tenant has purchased the property?

Dr JC Vashista Sir , I want to prove that tenant has a property and is residing there .Do I need to prove the saledeed of tenants property if he has not identified his signature ?

Prove the authenticity of the documents by summoning the witness and the clerk from Registrar office. Report on signatures can be taken from handwriting expert.
