Sir im currently doing job in distribution sector in MSEDCL govt sector. I have case pending 304a. As death due to Electric shock. I surely innocent but case is still pending. Does it create any problem me for other govt job

There need not be any problem unless the case decided against. However, everything depends upon the circumstances as well the charges against you.
