How to get a copy of the registered sale deed

(Querist) 14 November 2017 This query is : Resolved
Sale of a house property was registered in greater noida during early October but the copy of the sale deed had not been provided by the buyer as yet. How to get a copy of the deed by mentioning the names of buyer and seller, name of advocate and date of registration in the sub-registrar's office?
Ms.Usha Kapoor (Expert) 16 November 2017
You get the registration number of the registered sale deed and provide the registration Department with names of parties etc they will issue original certified copies of sale deed which are equal to originals..The buyer maybe having photo copies of sale deeds. Why they're not supplying them to you I don'y understand.

Thanks Ms Kapoor for your response. But in case the registration number of the sale deed is not known (though the date of registration and the details of the buyer and seller is known) then how to get it?
Yes, I do appreciate your answer but don't know how to give "likes".

You have to take help of some lawyer in searching the record of registrar office / municipal record if mutation was recorded and record available with them.

I stick to my above view.
