You cannot be turned out of the house as you as children of the pre-deceased son of the deceased grandmother have share that would have gone to you if your father/son of grandmother was alive. You claim your share through court in the property if your aunt refuse to give it or try to turn you out.
Aap ko koi ghar se nahi nikal sakta. Aaap ka ek share is property mai bhe hai jo aap ke pita ko milta agar wo jinda hota. Aaap court se lesakta ho aapna hissa agar aap ko bhua dena se inkar kara ya ghar se jane ko kahaa.

Your mother or you can approach court if you are major for your share in the property. In the event your Bua tried to throw you out of house you can also approach local police station where police will help you.
