Dear sir,
I am facing a bad problem.I am in Navy. I have married before 7 yrs ago. I didn't registry my marriege also not follow Hindu ritual acts.Only we had done Sindur on her forehead in temple n afterrhen we start our new life. But past 6 yrs she n her family getting me random mentally torture...sometime physical onto my father.I shocked her that she might be sleeping with other guy.
Past 2 months ago,she left my house because she don't wanna cooking n cloth washing my only 73 yrs old father.She is staying her parents house. Now this incident is too much for me.I don't have child.
Now I decide to divorce her without giving anything.

unless necessary ceremonies such as Saath phere, invocation before the fire, Mangal Sutra etc it is not a valid marriage. Get once again a register marriage done in a sub registrar OFFICE AND GET THE MARRIAGE REGISTERED AND GET ISSUED A VALID CERTIFICATE OF MARRIAGE REGISTRATION

Were there any witnesses of marriage?
Do you have any issues (kids) born out of marriage?
It shall not be that easy to declare your marriage null and void.. you need a good lawyer..
