Sec 420,467,471 under CrPC

(Querist) 06 May 2010 This query is : Resolved
an RTI has been registered against me and Sec 120(b), 420,467,471 have been framed in the RTI. Although the matter pertains to sale of land which was not registered and the purchaser has been refunded the money in full as per the sale document, the Police is pressing with the above criminal sections of CrPC. My anticipatory bail has been disallowed by the Lower Court and the appeal at the High Court has also been disallowed. Please suggest remedy

look eventhough you have corrected everything still your intention to commit cheating is a criminal offence. hence you are required to face the consequences. Kindly suggest whether high court has dismissed you anticipatory bail or your advocate withdrew it by not pressing the petition. If it is withdrawn, you can file a fresh petition or else you have to surrender before the court and get a bail order appropriately by giving sufficient sureties. In case of any help kind write to me. Thank u

The High Court has also dismissed my appeal saying that crime has been committed. Will I be required to go to jail or can my surrenedr before the appropriate court will entitle me to bail. Does the Police have any right now to drop the case and make it NC
