earlier i asked to experts if major cant be adopted what is solution how we cancel his deed forever and if we fight with him legally it can be chance for stay order.
becoz i mrealted in community trust one commitee member not related to our community and he made on adoption deed with his uncle which related to our community and also he using old identity insted of new adopt identity how we take steap aginst him give me prompt replay.

File a suit for declaration and injunction to bar that gentleman in taking participation of the trust on the ground stated above.
After adoption all the old identities of the adopted person gets relinquished. He even looses the right to inherit from his biological father.

thank you for uour replay, ok i had read his adoption deed and there is mentioned his uncle adopted 1970 and his born 1963 but he made adoption deed 13-09-2005 is it vaild
