Regarding my FIR case, charge sheet has been filed & summon sent to A1 .
I have been said I will get the dates of hearings.
Am I supposed to engage a lawyer in this?
If not, how should I proceed?

I checked the status of my case wich was filed 5 yrs ago in eCourt. I didnt go for any hearings thereafter The opponent party (the accused) has been going i believe.
I saw the status as
Res's Advocate : PROOF OF SERVICE FILED
What does this mean?

For my case 420, 406, 506, the A1 is left to abroad. A2 & A3 , parents of A1 are senior citizens. Police is dening to arrest them for my FIR case as they are senior citizens. Since A1 is also not in country & no arrest is also happening for A2, A3. Kindly suggest me what measures / procedures I should follow for making the arrest of A2,A3

AB has been granted on criminal offence 406, 420, 506 FIR.
The order document says petitioner shld appear in court in 10 days. petitioner have plans to go out of india.
Will this affect the travel plans? Or can the petitioner ignore it & carry on with his work?

The accused of my FIR case has escaped to US / canada. Is there anyway to punish him there itself legally?

with respect to my previous query ( FIR filed on 420, 406, 506) & Monday he may apply for bail.
Recent news we got is accused escaped to foreign too avoid arrest.
I am heartbroken after hearing this.
all my efforts , time of 5 months on police station for case were spent for filing FIR. what am i supposed to do now . pls advice .

With respect to my previous query ( FIR filed as per direction from court on 420, 406, 506) & police went to arrest the accused. But none available at home. Looks like they escaped knowing the fact. This case is at vadapalani station.
Pls advice me my next steps..

AFter repeated visits to station local AWPS, AC Office, DC Office, Commisoner Offfice, for my complaints (Cheating in the name of love & marriage & misused me & left me , denied marriage)finally I landed in court with 156(3).
Even aftr this order, Vadapalani AWPS is not filing the FIR. Their response is, "pending approval from senior officer. we ll call u back". Its almost 28 days after passing the order for 156(3) to file FIR>
What AM I supposeed to do now to file FIR>

I have been cheated in the name of marriage & love by a guy who is registered himself as divorcee in matrimony(I am a divorcee too). He misused me & now denied marrying. Later I got to know his first marriage proceedings are pending & he is yet to get the decree.
I want to file a case on him. Guide me on what sections I shld concentrate
gave a complaint in all women police st. But only CSR filed & no proper action taken. Also made a complaint to Ass. Commisoner offi. Still no major actions.
Can I go ahead for geting the direction from court to file FIR? .
Recently saw the news no more directions are encouraged. Hence I am confuseed how to take it fwd.

Charge sheet
Regarding myy case on 420, 506, 406, Charge sheet is pending & I have submitted all proofs & witness too. But Inspctr is saying they have received the petition from High court for quash of this by the opponent.
My queries
1. If quash is applied, will thet stop from filing charge sheet?
2. For quash petition I was not informed of anyway, neither a copy i recieved from court. Without me can the quash happen?
