dear friends
i will appear for prilim examination for the post oh m.p. higher judicial services.
pls help me regading study material on almost all major subject like const. cpc, crpc. evi. hma h succ a . tp act etc more particulerly i appeal to the frinds who are practcing in mp to provide me material on two local act of mp 1 mp land revanue code 2 mp acomodation control act as iam nt practicing in mp it is quite difficult for me to ge materil on this two subject pls guide me regarding main sec of these acts and land mark citation on that point
with hope to get good guidence

a decree was passed by abc court in 04 ex. ptn. file in yr 05 at xyz court notice served to dfnd. proceeding till publication of public notice for oction of property complited. after that asd bank file an objection by pleading that cash credit facility extended by bank against dfnd. property further stated that the name of co is jkl. upon enquiry it reavels that only name of co. is change in yr 05 and that to after notice of ex.pet. was served.also the documents produce by bank show that director are same and was appointed in yr 90.
my Q. is wether bank has any right to file objection before ex. court ?
wether banks objection tenable ? if ANS is NO pls tell me the relavent provision with appropriate citation (case Law)

in one incidence quarrel started between couple due to some reason, husband pour carrosin over wife and also gave her a match box, wife set her self on fir with match stick of the match box given by her husband and she died due to burn injuries. in the circumstance weather charge be frame for offence under sec 302 or 306 of IPC?

is there any provison in Cr.P.C to correct the typografical mistake regarding sec. of Act and cse no. of below court ( mistke happen becuse of wrongly copy pesting of earlier draft) in appeal memo.
