In a civil property division among the siblings of the deceased person,
I was told the case was "set aside".
Kindly tell me what exactly it conveys.

Plaint in duplicate or duplicate plaint
Dear Sir/Madam,
In a plaint filed in District civil court whether the heading of the plaint should be "DUPLICATE PLAINT FILED UNDER ORDER IV RULE 1 (1) C.P.C" or "PLAINT IN DUPLICATE FILED UNDER ORDER IV RULE 1(1) C.P.C". or both are permissible???
