I need a format of Supplementary Rent Agreement. This shall speak of revised rent and the rest of the terms and conditions shall remain the same.

Supplementary Rent Agreement

This supplementary Agreement is being executed on this day of ------2009 between A (herein after called Party no. 1) & B (herein after called Party no. 2)in the presence of below mentioned witnesses at ----place in continuation of their earlier executed Rent Agreement dated------regarding the rent of ------(description of property) vide which Party no. 1 has rented out it to Party no. 2 since ------and now both the parties agree to amend the aforesaid Rent Agreement dated----on the following terms and conditions:

1. That monthly rent which was fixed at Rs. -shall be Rs. ----with effect from----

2. That all the terms and conditions of Rent Agreement dated ---shall remain as such and no any change shall be made except the amount of monthly rent as mentioned in para no. 1 of this agreement/deed.
