CAN ANY ONE EXPLAINED ME IN SIMPLE LANGUAGE

1) WHAT IS MEAN BY THE FACTUM OF SEPARATION

2) WHAT IS MEAN BY THE INTENTION TO BRING COHABITATION PERMANENTLY TO AN END.

Dear Author,The two were the Essential Conditions for the Offence of desertion prescribed as regards deserting Spouse,1) the Factum of Seperation Means the Fact in Evidence which is generally the Central or Primary Fact which a Controversy will be merely because of spouse lives deserted seperately for a long time.But it does not guarantee divorce and it requires much more to get a decree of divorce.2) Intention to bring cohabitation to an End means there should be an determination to put an end to mutual relationship.
