Extra "a" in my name on e-stamp paper used for sale deed

(Querist) 04 March 2022 This query is : Resolved
Context:
Recently I purchased a resell property. For which we got our sale registered. In the 1st page of the registration document which is the e-stamp my name has an extra “A” in it. In the remaining document everywhere my name is correct. Including PAN and Aadhar card details.
Questions:
• Will this have any impact on authenticity of the document?
• In the Government records, what name they consider the name on Aadhar card or the name used of generate Applicant ID or -name on e-stamp
• Will it cause any trouble during resale?
• What are the corrective actions required?

Thanks in advance

No. It is only a small mistake. In the document, if the name of the purchaser shall be clearly mentioned, then you have no problem.

Such trivial issue will have no bearing on transaction.
