My father in law filed afake case against me that i stole his wifes jewellery on certain date. He has also produced acomplain copy of the said date attested by notary. but the fact is that my inlaws harassed me for dowry and I was present at my inlaws home on the dayof complain and 3-4 days later. Can i get the cdr data with cell phone location of my number. because it has been 5 years since and i was notaware of this fake complain earlier. please suggest how toget the cdr data.

Hi
What I understand from the text is that ur father in law has moved an application to JMIC for action u/s 156 (3) Cr.P.C alleging theft of jewelry. On the day of alleged occurrence you were away from place of alleged theft..probably in your parents houses miles away. ..
You allege case is false & your inlaws tortured you fir dowry.
1.What is the evidence of ur allegations?
2.Simply bcoz you hv proof as phone calls, it is not by itself sufficient to prove ur alibi though weak piece of evidence. .
3.You must consult a local Criminal Lawyer.
Don't waste time.

You may consult service provider. Availability of such an old record is doubtful and may not prove a strong evidence in your favor.
Consult local lawyer and discuss in detail.

Mobile tower location for 5 years old date is possible.
Litigation is two way affair.
Since you have filed cases agaisnt your in laws you should equally be prepared to face many such cases filed against you.

Prima facie a hypothetical query and not a real story.
