fake case under charges 323 and 504

My neighbour filled a case against me under under section 323 & 504 from court 156/3 with some different policeststation which does not belong to my area.Its all fake.Now court is issuing NBW and case is pending from last 10 years.The other party has criminal background and I am a visually impaired person and well educated.Kindly guide me.

Sir local lawyer is saying that you should appear in court after that trial will proceed.It will take a long time.Some are saying that if you won't appear then it will automatically get rejected.Sir suggest me something by which it could get reject initially.Should I go to high court?where could I send you complete case history?

In that case in all probability there is NBW against you.
Since you have changed address without informing the police or court then you can also be in the absconder list.
You go to court for compromise and get arrested. Then seek bail (may or may not be on same day) and think of compromise.

if closure of criminal case was so simple then no influential politician could have surrendered. Eve dacoits would not surrender and get the cases closed in this manner.
