Fake dowry case filed by bride party ?

Please suggest what we do to save us , As we are completely innocent on this case, As we never demand dowry from her family member's.

Even they demand 20 lakh from us to save us from this case which is completely wrong.

Also those persons want from us that we lived our belonging of 10 lakh value with them too ?

Please suggest the best possible to get rid of this fake dowry case and how we put criminal's behind the bar's ?

It is a fashion these days to file false dowry cases to give harassment. It is also difficult to get rid of such cases if the relatives of the girl support her by giving favourable statements. Just wait for the result of the investigation. I will not advise you to file false case to put the girl or others behind bar. But if you have cause to file criminal case, you should do it.

well advised by Mr. Palnitkar, nowadays the trouble is trivial issues become cause of dispute.

and there has been massive misuse of women related laws in India...so fight it out effectively.
