RESPECTED SIR.
ONE FAMILY HAVE FIVE MEMBERS AND ONE OF THEM HAD DEAD IN THE YEAR 1987. THE FOUR MEMBERS GOT FAMILY MEMBER CERTIFICATE IN THE YEAR 2005 AND FILED SUIT FOR PARTITION AND GOT EACH 1/4TH SHARE IN THE ANCESTRAL PROPERTY BUT RECENTLY THE DECEASED LEGAL HAIRS KNOWS THIS FACT .
Q1. NOW HOW THEY GET FAMILY MEMBER CERTIFICATE FOR 5 MEMBERS INCLUDING DECEASED PERSON.
Q2. WILL THEY HAVE ANY RIGHT TO REOPEN THE PARTITION SUIT WHICH WAS DECREED IN THE YEAR 2013.
Q3. CAN WE FILE CRIMINAL CASE AGAINST THE 4 FAMILY MEMBERS WHO GOT THE FAKE CERTIFICATE.
THANK YOU SIR.

The true family members successfully can challenge fake Judgment and decree got by fraud and forgery etc based on fake family member certificate and reopen the case by filing a partition suit against the fake family members on the ground that they are the real legal heirs and the other side got property through fraud. You may win the case with flying colors.

Facts submitted by author are unconvincing qua death of one of the 5 members of their own family which is stated to have been "Unknown" till recently; the family members were fully aware about the death of one of their family member.
Besides this, I disagree with impersonating expert qua challenging the decree passed in the year 2013 which has already attained its finalty (after 90 days) in the year 2013 itself, now it is barred by limitation.
What is the opinion and advise of your lawyer whom you had engaged, if you are not their advocate when the alleged decree is stated to have been passed?
