(Querist) 10 February 2013 This query is : Resolved
What best can be done to teach a lesson to a Women/Complainant :

1. Who has misused the law for extortion and wreaking vengeance against her husband and lodged an absolutely false FIR u/s 498-A of IPC based on a concocted story and has also given the statement u/s 164 of Cr. P. C. alleging almost the same concocted story of allegations ;

WHEREAS

2. Earlier to the said FIR, she has made complaint to the office of her husband (a govt. servant) seeking maintenance, compensation etc. on a different concocted story of allegations.

IMPORTANT FACT : Before all that, a criminal proceedings has been instituted and process has been issued against the said Wife and her parents on a police complaint (FIR) by the husband.

Till u prove it a false case she will be treated as innocent by the court and whole world hence if u want to teach her a lesson u have dig out proofs, eyewitness against her and prove her , she is not trustworthy lady and all her allegations are bad motivated she will be punished for that

Please reply my three questions, as follows:

(1) How you are concerned with the case, whether it is a case against you?

(2) You have mixed up two different issues, (a) departmental complaint, and (b) court case u/s 498A? So on what issue you want guidance from the members?

(3) You have not stated, what actually is your present problem on which you want suggestion from the members. So, now what actually is your query and whether on departmental complaint case or on 498A case in the court?
