Dear All,
My FIL has debarred my BIL and he is not staying with them anymore a judgement in this regard in the hourable court of Arun Goel has been given.
He has however collaborated with my MIL into getting a passport issued at the address of my FIL in which he is not staying by getting cleared the police verification, since his some of the documents were currently also of the same address which he used as supporting document.
My FIL had no clue to this, he came to know of this last week only.The police verification came around 1st week of May.
Now my FIL want to register a complaint against for this act of my BIL or else he is assuming that my BIL would proceed to court on a later date making the court to believe that my FIL has contempted court order wherein he has allowed my BIL to stay at the premises without the intimation of court.
Kindly advice actions my FIL should do so that my BIL's passport is cancelled.

address letter to Regional passport office that Bil is not staying in premises mentioned in passport . enclose copy of judgement passed by court in this regard

It seems that the issue of passport is under process. Take the step as advised by the expert.
