False case by wife

Hi,
My wife has filed a false complaint against me in CAW cell and CAW has issued a request letter to me to appear before them. As i have to appear before them after 3 days, pls somebody help me that how i should tackle the problem as i have no clues wat she has complained about and CAW will do now? PLS HELP.

Need not i apply for copy of complaint first and also ask for some more time? Can CAW put any pressure on me as i am worried that my wife may have imposed a number of allegations on me and my family? Need i go for any anticipatory bail? Pls reply.

Hi,
Yesterday, i went to CAW cell against notice issued to me. There i was shocked to see that my wife has lodged a 20 page complaint against me and my parents. IO tried to put some pressure on me. My wife finally said that she does'nt want any compromise now and just wants to take legal action against me and my parents. IO has given next date as 6/12/10.On request, I was allowed to see the complain but not to take copy of same.
Now what should i do?
