your grand parents should move senior citizen tribunal against your aunt . also if house is owned by grand parents ask aunt to vacate the house
Devajyoti Barman (Expert) 24 July 2014
ASK YOUR PARENTS AND GRANDPARENTS TO BE SEPARATE FROM YOUR AUNT.

I have same advice for you as offered above.

but still she does not keep quite
last time when my uncle asked her to go and visit her father's house she filed a case against my grandmother that she is not letting my sister to go with her and keeps her away from my aunt

Consider filing a petition under Section 482 of CRPC for a direction from the Hon'ble High Court and seek a direction "not to harass" against the Police authorities.

If entire family except your aunt is one then she can do nothing against the common determination. Nothing more to add. Don't afraid from the cases.
T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate (Expert) 30 July 2014
Challenge her cases by all means. Sometimes some women think they know everything and they are better than everyone, this foolish thought will ruin their lives. Ask your uncle and grandparents to give stiff challenge to her activities, she may realise one day.
